Secondary Interface Limitations

Is there a known limit to the number of secondary addresses one can have
on a Cisco PA-FE?

This question of course can be asked two ways, first is primary interfaces
on sub interfaces, and the other is secondaries on the primary interface.

I am most concerned with the latter, but would like to know about the
former as well, if there is any such limit.
