According the the release notes for the 12.0.7XK and the 3600
documentation 12.0.7XK added support for the WIC-2T in the 3600
family. It is also listed as supported by 12.1T, but not 12.1
mainline.
The catch is that it's only supported in the FE variants of the
NM module! I think that an earlier -X? version of IOS that shipped
with the 36XX's didn't impose this restriction, which leads to
the amusing problem that once you tried to upgrade the IOS, your
WIC-2T's stop working.
You might want to try 12.0.5XK for giggles...
