I don't think you will be able to put the same IP subnet on two separate
interfaces on the same router, HSRP or no. You will get the "this IP
conflicts
with interface x/x/x".

So, if configure two fastethernet interfaces on the same router with the
same virtual IP address and different priorities, only the one with the
biggest priority will respond for the virtual address ARP resolution. And in
the case this interface goes down, the other one starts to respond to
virtual address ARP resolutions.
