Also might want to check your IP addressing and subnet mask. And if your
using static routes make sure they're correct.

with 18 subinterfaces on serial0 does that indicate that it is frame
relay ? What does show frame-relay pvc indicate about the dlci on
that interface ? Does cdp see anything on that interface ?
