[nsp] DS-3 Signalling

Hi,

   In order to provision a DS3 circuit on a GSR, I was asked
   by the telco what signalling I would like to use: M13 or cbit.

   Their standard seems to be M13. Anybody can shed light on
   what the differences would be and benefits / disadvantages
   of these signalling methods ?

   Which one would be the best ?
