[nsp] ip route-cache flow per subinf allowed?

Can one set "ip route-cache flow" per subinterface? I am trying to set it
on an atm subif and it isn't working. It only works on the interface itself:

cisco(config)#int atm1/0.20
cisco(config-subif)#ip route-cache ?
   same-interface Enable fast-switching on the same interface
   <cr>

cisco(config-subif)#ip route-cache flow
                                     ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker

System is a 7200VXR running 12.0(7)S1.
