Configure the LSP Preference
"As an option, you can configure multiple LSPs between the same pair of
ingress and egress routers. This is useful for balancing the load among the
LSPs because all LSPs, by default, have the same preference level. To prefer
one LSP over another, set different preference levels for individual LSPs.
The LSP with the lowest preference value is used"
The above section talk about what LSP (if more than one exists between
ingress and egress devices) is used by the ingress device, but how would a
user go about choosing the "worst" LSP for a particular VPN?
