[alcatel-nsp] Automate SAM Provisioning through text/csv?

You can take a text file with the CLI commands you
want and then have SAM push it to nodes.  This is under
Tools--->Scripts...then click create.  It will make you create a different
script for each type of node...ie. 7450 vs 7750.
