[alcatel-nsp] default network-queue policy

Hello,

I have a few question on the output below, maybe someone can clarify.

1) If you add up the CBS values of the 8 queues, they total 6192 KB.
But in the output below you see 6336 KB as the "Pool Resv" value. What
happened to the other 144? I was thinking about the multipoint queues,
but if you take that into consideration it pushes the value over 6336.

2) The largest MBS value is 7104 and the HPOnly value is 768 which
adds up to 7872. This value is the "Pool Shared" number. However I
thought HPOnly was a percentage of MBS and that the MBS-CBS should
equal the "Pool Shared" value. Is the fact these numbers match merely
a coincidence or am I missing something?
