Regency WORLD TRAVELER Receiver

Scarfed up a beautiful Regency WORLD TRAVELER receiver today.  Rear label
says it's a Monitoradio WT-4.  Like new condition all over.  Works a
little on the broadcast band.

Need a manual to bring it back to life.  Any advice also gratefully accepted.
