Hi - I am looking for the schematic or any additional
information about the P & H Electronics LA-400C
Linear amplifier. ( From approximately 1961 )

Has anyone tried modifying one of these for any different tubes?
I am going to install a power transformer that could be either
630-0-630V for the 1625 or possibly a 900-0-900 transformer if I went
to 811A bottles.

Mine is missing the 816 rectifier bottles, and it has some 837
tubes installed. I am going to switch to some other tube such as 1625
or 807, but wondered if 811As could work too.

I will probably go to silicon rectifiers, so COULD even switch to 6
output bottles (1625) but that might look ugly and require a larger
heater transformer.... ah the ossibilities!

I would like to get a photocopy of the schematic and of course
will gladly pay copying/postage charges.
