Just to pass the info on:

A few days ago I sent complaint emails to the two email addresses which
were mentioned as part of this thread.  I just got one of the messages
sent back to me, saying that it should have been sent to the address
shown below:

info at swatch.com  <--  preferred, rather than fs at mail.cogito.de
(according to the email which I just received)

postmaster at swatch.com  <--  seems to work (or perhaps is trashed by
recipient; at least I did not get a return message saying "you should
instead send your comments to ...)
