Useful New Post Office Offering

Yes, a new handy service, but I think it's 35 cents.  Only available on
Priority mail (air) and parcel post/books/library stuff.  It would be a
hot item for first class stuff too, but I guess they still want you to
buy the more expensive return receipt.
