What Max Voltage & Current is OK on the 6146?

Can anyone explain why the Elmac AF-67 manual states
that the 6146 final should get a maximum of 600v at 100ma
and the Morrow MB-560 says that the 6146 can handle up
to 600v at 200 ma?

Could it be that one used a plain vanilla 6146 and the other
a 6146B or something but failed to note the difference?
