Milled (?) Lettering in Wrinkle Paint

Re. the lettering on Command sets etc. Definately engraved. As the owner
of three manual engravers, I frequently do custom panel work for
aircraft, marine, and commercial electricians. In a fairly hard but not
brittle substrate of uniform thickness, a .015 cutter set to about .001
deeper than the paint itself will make these letters. I will look around
for a piece of wrinkle finish to try. My spindle speed is as high as
10000 rpm. I also do the vanity license plate frames and ham radio badges
etc. like you see at the swapmeets. I don't compete with the locals who
are making a living doing that. Fred W7PRV
