Hi Al..Don't hv manual but my experience with many rigs suggests that
first thing after cking tubes/B+ etc is to clean the relay! Make sure the
contacts
are making contact! Use ur vom...clean the hell out of the relay with
Deoxit and
a burnishing tool or stiff bussiness card paper stock don't use
sandpaper...my 2c...
