Need - Gonset Commander Transformer - Update

My friend just E-mailed with these additional details:

   "Transformer is the driver transformer between the 12AT7
    and 7C5's in push-pull.  Plate impedance of 12AT7 is about
    15K and to drive the grids of the 7C5's, one needs about a
    3 to 1 or at least a 2 to 1 ratio, secondary to primary.  Thing
    about it is that the transformers are both pretty unique in that
    both are square, enclosed, and potted.  One can always improvise
    with mounting if electrical characteristics can be matched."


Just in case these details may help in finding the right replacement!
