Transmitter, Receiver & Keyer.

Classic Heathkit DX-20 Transmitter.
Great little nostalgic CW rig in very good condition.
Crystal controlled, or use with an external VFO.
Uses 5U4 rectifier, 6CL6 oscillator tube and 6DQ6 sweep tube final.
50 watts input on the 80, 40, 20, 15, 11 and 10 meter bands.

All of the knobs are original AND the rare crystal access hole hole cover is here.
Very clean internally. Still has a good, original AC power cord.
The case has no dings or dents. A few minor marks and scratches
here and there, but overall not bad. Has only a few tiny
rust spots. For its age, this is one of the better DX-20s
that I have seen.
Comes with a copy of the manual.

Now the receiver:
Collins R-388. This is the military version of the 51J3
superheterodyne receiver. Has 18 tubes.
 is a 30 band receiver that covers 540 khz to 30.500 MHz The receiver will readout
out to 1 khz for extremely good dial accuracy.
The filter bandwidth ranges from 200 Hz to 6 kHz in 5 steps. The unit is extremely
stable.
Linear tuning, divided into thirty 1 MHz tuning bands.
Built-in crystal calibrator (100 KHz)
Has convenient 4 ohm and 600 Ohm audio outputs.
Power: 85 W at 115 or 230 VAC, 45 to 70 Hz
This unit comes with the top cover and is in excellent condition.
