Best Tube Transceiver?

My thought is that by the time transceivers were fashionable, semiconductors
were gaining popularity, so my guess is that it will be very difficult to
find an all thermionic transceiver. Any transceiver I can think of at least
has silicon or germanium diodes. Good luck searching, maybe we're missing
one.
