Output Meter Adjust

Ladies and Gentlemen:

A question regarding the Knight T-150A transmitter and the little knurled
knob just below the meter.  How is that initially set?  Is it fully clockwise,
counterclockwise or somewhere in the middle?  And since it measures relative
power output, how do you make a final determination as to its adjustment?
