Hi Orrin,
It's been a while since I was into a URM-25. But it seems to me that
the 650v rating is greatly over-rated, I doubt that there's even over
300vdc in there, but haven't gone to the manual now, or measured. Take a
look, maybe you can easily get away with "the cheaper spread" and use a
350 or 400v rated cap.
I do need to get into my D model as it's started blowing the fuse
after it's been on a while.
