You have a very good point here Ray.   The BPL thing is a BIG  thorn in 
their sides... it has to do with MONEY and making more MONEY. 
Amateur Radio, in their opinion, I believe, doesn't make a cent.  Of 
course we know that the world is MUCH better due to a lot of Ham Radio 
developments.  I'm soooo disappointed in the FCC.  You are also right 
that they won't regret it because they don't appear to care.  I'm 
usually not this negative, however, this time I'm really fed up with the 
FCC.
