Beware everyone! Looks like this one is very bad news indeed. Lot's of fraud 
reports posted on the Internet about KB1LMI. He blocked his eBay feedback 
profile so negative postings cannot be read now but folks are posting lots of 
reports on other forums. Much info about McLaughlin on amfone and QRZ found so far 
and still looking. Here's his ID:

Apparently he has registered "217stufforsale" through his girlfriend's email 
address now because of having to change previous multiple seller ID's each 
time eBay suspends him due to fraud:
