I'm in favor of going after this guy. I think we have enough to at least 
submit the fraudulent seller contact info to Safeharbor for review and point out 
the attempt by 217stufforsale to skirt the rules around the previous suspension 
of multiple seller ID's for fraud. Ebay rules stipulate a seller must provide 
current accurate contact info. Should at least be enough to get an 
investigation going against him. Mail fraud is another avenue for anyone paying via 
Postal money order. Gets the US Post Office fraud division involved and they will 
investigate. Alerting the FCC is another good possibility. Other ideas?
