It didn't get a single bid at $399 so the seller relisted it
for a Buy it Now of $799 or make an offer, what a deal....

You know I always heard that possessing stolen good was against
the law. Since he says he bought it at a freight auction, if it can
be proved to be the stolen radio, what then?
If it was stolen, the auction company didn't have to right to sell
it in the first place.

Does anyone know what's happened with this so far?
