Looking for information regarding WWII Navy CFT-46194 Reciever and CFT-20169 Rectifier Power Supply

I am looking for schematics and parts lists for a Navy CFT-46194 Reciever with a CFT-20169 Rectifier Power Supply.  These are WWII vintage units used, I believe, for DAQ.
