[Boatanchors] Source for Heathkit GR-81 Tuning Capacitor?

Anyone know of a source for the main tuning capacitor (c3) for a 
Heathkit GR-81 regenerative receiver? The parts list specifies a 323 pF 
and 355 pF 2-section variable.

This is all I need to complete the restoration of my GR-81. The cap that 
is in there does work, but is badly worn in the bearings. I have tried 
to rebuild it, but without much success.
