[Boatanchors] FS Collins 75S-3 with 200 hz filter

As a point of information, EVERY 75S-3 and 75S-3A shipped from the factory had the 200 Hz CW filter installed.  It was in the later 75S-3B and 75S-3C receivers that it was a "high priced" option.
