[cisco-nas] NFAS / % Cannot access B-channel interfaces

5300 configured with NFAS, can not configure "Serial 1:23" or "Serial
2:23"....

This is my first time configuring NFAS. The switch tech indicates no
errors on 
his side....  I just can't configure the b-channels for "controller T1
1" or 
"controller T1 2"....

Any ideas anyone?????
