No, the IOS was on an 11 level when we first got it. So why they didn't
upgrade all the way, I don't know.....

Okay, sorry. When I say newbie, I mean 'total ignoramus'. (weak grin)

1) Where do I get the updated images?
2) Where is there a good manual (not afraid to RTFM) for copying into
boot flash?
3) Any additional info on the TFTP trick appreciated. Not sure if we even
have one running around here....
