[cisco-nas] isdn map command and pots dial-peer

Yea. I can gather the debugs.
I'm not imagining things here and am just as puzzled
as you as to whats going on.
show dialplan number, debug dialpeer, and all show the
right dial peer being hit first but with isdn map it
don't work.
