[cisco-nas] Bad modems on AS 5300

Hello,

 

I have 12 modems on an AS 5300 that are newly marked as bad. How can I
troubleshoot further or remove them from the modem pool?

I have tried resetting one of them "clear modem 1/0" but it did not help.
