this has been available on the 7200 for a while now (since 12.2(8)T).
Please check the "Cisco Remote Access to MPLS VPN Solution Overview and
Provisioning Guide 2.0" at

You might want to use a recent 12.2(11)Tx release on the vHGW/PE.
