[nsp] V.92 and modem on hold

  When people use call waiting to get this MOH feature to work on V.92, I
  assume it "hogs" our port in that they don't log out then use Quick Connect
  to log back in, so they are logged in the whole time they are taking that
  incoming call from gramma.

  Is that how it works? It looks like you need Call Waiting and Three Way
  Calling from the telco. No?
