[nsp] - bootflash

Try "format bootflash:" to erase everything with no need to squeeze
afterwards.  You can also "delete bootflash:*" and in my experience it will
prompt you on a file-by-file basis if it should delete each file.  Then
squeeze afterward.

I'm trying to update the bootflash in a 7206VXR.  Any ideas why it isn't 
clearing out?  The tftp copy to bootflash: fails with "not enough space."
