HSSI card is not going to work.  It'll give you a single T3 serial 
interface.  You need a PA-MCT3 and 7200 series router unless cisco made a 
similar card for the 3660 series that I'm not aware of.  The PA-MCT3 gives 
you 28 DS1 serial interfaces.
