User separation? Spoof control (arpspoof, ip-spoof, mac-adress spoof)?

End users will play all these games and you want a solution that 
isolates/protects them/internet from all of these.

I am looking into the Extreme Networks Summit 48si with its super/sub-vlan
capabilities which will fix most of this. I have asked our Cisco rep of
the cheapest Cisco box that will do the same and I'm waiting for an
answer.
