[nsp] 12.2 image for 7200s

I was able to put the bootloader upgrade to 12.0(23)S1 in slot1 on a 
flash card.  I then put a Compact Flash card with PCMCIA adapter in as 
disk0 with 64MB capacity and boot from that.
