We have one of those kicking around. Same problem too. If you saw
ATQ0H0, you were at the right baud rate. The problem with ours (yours too
likely) is that it's _ancient_ and uses a custom pinout. TAC sent me the
pinout to make a console cable, but I never got around to making one.
