We're more than happy with this combo.

Watch out: 12.2(14)S1 is known to have a "Gbit-Ethernet locks up under
certain circumstances" bug, which is fixed in 12.2(14)S3.  We just didn't
feel like creating an outage just to load a software that fixes a bug
we haven't seen yet.
