[c-nsp] FATAL SYSTEM ERROR on Catalyst 3100

Dear,

I "inherited" an abandoned Catalyst 3100 which I want to use in the
network of my son's school. When I boot the machine I get the
following on the console

Whenever I hit enter I get another of these lines "Packet dropped
...". Anyone knows what can be done about this ?

My son (and the rest of the school will be thankfull).
