There are no 36xx, but 37xx, and I think it's the same there.

I looked up the "MEM3640-4X32D=" Part, which is 128 MB DRAM and not flash
and thought I'm right.
Maybe "Bank 1 & 2" are actually only Bank1, and not "Bank 3&4" are Bank 2,
but no idea! Really strange ;-)).
