[nsp] NM-1FE2W problem in CISCO 3745

The NM should be supported in all versions of IOS for the 3745. Can
you send the full log of the message you see when you plug in the
module? Have you tried installing the module in other slots of the
3745? Do other network modules work in the slots you have tried?
