[c-nsp] need help - issue with terminal/console

We've checked all the terminal speed settings, but no luck.  I'll check the
config-register.

Sounds like you changed your terminal settings somehow?  Perhaps an
invalide config-register command like forgetting 0x in front of the 2102?

If that's the case, you should be able to figure out the settings and
change your terminal.
