[nsp] anyone ever lost all their T-1 WICs at once?

Rebooted several times. I debugged the serial interface, with no errors.
The service-module T-1 shows no T-1 errors at all. The Ethernet interfaces
are fine and pass traffic without issue.
No config changes had been made for over two weeks, and the 5 T-1s had been
running fine for almost two months.

Dumb question, but did you try to power cycle the router to see if that
clears the errors? It sounds more like a software bug or maybe hardware
power supply failure than a one in a trillion failure event. Does the
router's error log say anything about the WICs?
