[nsp] NPE-225 boot code not loading on 7206 NON-VXR

I noticed the boot code on a NPE-225 w/ IO-2FE won't load, and we have to
use rommon to load the router every time.  Is there a free upgrade to get
this old version of the NPE-225 swapped out to a newer firmware version?

 

I saw something on Cisco's website about needing to be at v1.3 or higher on
the firmware.

 

Any ideas?  Also - what's the config-register supposed to be set at if I
want it to look at the config for the location of the image to load?

 

I have 0x2101 right now.
