[c-nsp] Bus error when going to 12.2.26

We upgraded a 7206/NPE-150 that is mostly handling a bunch of CT3's
from 12.2.19 to 12.2.26
and saw a bus error on reboot. Its up and working, but I was concerned
about the error and if anyone
could shed some light on what may be wrong.
