[c-nsp] snmp persistence for cpu's, memory?

Is there the equivalent of  *snmp ifindex persist for GSR line card CPUs 
and memory pools?

Its rather annoying to have to figure out which index the CPU of a line 
card has moved to after a reboot, and update our management system.
Or the index of the fast memory pool, which also likes to move around.
Is there a way to make those indexes fixed?
