We have had an almost exact same problem with some 2924XL switches.
When I contacted the TAC regarding this outstanding issue I was told
that it was because of the snmp polling methods used by our monitoring
software....
The 2924XL switches were the only devices we seen a memory leak from
snmp with.
What I can tell you though is that we monitor 6-8 3640 routers currently
all running 12.3.10 IOS and do not see an issue such as yours.
Would it be possible for you to upgrade to 12.3.10 or is there a
particular reason you have to run a T release? I do note as well that
you probably don't have enough memory to run latest releases (according
to your output below).
