Yes, I'm sure. The -02 and -03 support ECC and 512MB (given the ROM
version, which is fine in your case).

Possibly CSCeb69172..

        HW config: 0xFF    SW key: FF-FF-FF

-02 with HW config 0xFF are reported as GRP, there were some GRP-B's
shipped with HW config 0xFF instead of 0x00, which is what IOS expects..
